Snip.Cards is a free, browser-based visual card generator that allows you to create high-quality images from code snippets, social media posts, and testimonials. The service is provided as a static web application with all processing performed client-side in your browser.
As stated above, all images and visual cards you generate using Snip.Cards are entirely your own. Snip.Cards claims no intellectual property rights over:

You agree not to use Snip.Cards to:
Automated mass-generation via bots or scripts that place unreasonable load on the service CDN is prohibited.
Right to Restrict Access: We reserve the right to restrict, rate-limit, or block access to the service (including via network or IP firewalls) at our sole discretion, without prior notice, in cases of malicious scraping, automated abuse, DDoS attacks, or violations of acceptable use.

We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that it will be free of bugs, errors, or other defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Snip.Cards and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed $10 USD (ten US dollars).

Snip.Cards may display digital advertisements served by third-party ad networks and may load external web assets (such as web fonts or open-source icon libraries) from third-party content delivery networks. These external services are operated independently and are governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Snip.Cards does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, commercial offers, or data practices of any third-party advertising partners or external services linked to or displayed within the application.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law: These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be submitted to the competent courts of Indonesia.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
